They say they’re “overwhelmed.” They say they’re “stuck” or “burnt out” or “just not feeling like themselves lately.” They talk about how they can’t seem to get started on that big project, or how they second-guess every decision at work. About the Event

Making Space for What Has Been Lost, and What Remains

The Summer Solstice marks a threshold: a moment of light, reflection, and transition. For those carrying grief, it can offer a meaningful pause to honor what has been lost while gently reconnecting with what remains.

This special Elemental Psychedelic Immersion is a guided therapeutic experience centered on grief, emotional integration, nervous system care, and deep self-connection.

Through breathwork, live sound, somatic awareness, intention-setting, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, participants will be supported in slowing down, regulating the nervous system, making space for grief, and reconnecting with inner steadiness.Light refreshments will be offered.
