The Real Reason You Feel Stuck (And the Word Nobody Wants to Say)

I’ve had hundreds of conversations with women who are struggling. Successful women. Smart women. Women who have built careers, raised families, led teams, and shown up for everyone around them. And in all of those conversations, I’ve noticed a pattern that I can’t stop thinking about.

About the Event

Making Space for What Has Been Lost, and What Remains

The Summer Solstice marks a threshold: a moment of light, reflection, and transition. For those carrying grief, it can offer a meaningful pause to honor what has been lost while gently reconnecting with what remains.

This special Elemental Psychedelic Immersion is a guided therapeutic experience centered on grief, emotional integration, nervous system care, and deep self-connection.

Through breathwork, live sound, somatic awareness, intention-setting, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, participants will be supported in slowing down, regulating the nervous system, making space for grief, and reconnecting with inner steadiness.Light refreshments will be offered.

Who This Is For

This immersion may be especially supportive if you are:

  • Moving through grief, including the loss of a loved one or pet, a major transition, an ending, or an identity shift
  • Feeling emotionally full, overwhelmed, or disconnected
  • Seeking a gentler and more supported way to process experiences of loss
  • Wanting to care for your nervous system in a deeper, intentional way
  • Looking to reconnect with meaning, presence, and inner steadiness

This is not about forcing transformation. It is about creating the conditions where emotional movement can emerge naturally.
